The house is in a very well maintained and quiet holiday resort with a total of 14 private villas, which are placed in a large garden with a swimming pool in its center.

The villa has tree well furnish sleeping rooms. They are on the first level of the house. The distance to the very lively center of Gümbet is only 500 meters. To the center of Bodrum it is about 3 km, but the connections with the minibus are very good and inexpensive. Gümbet's beach is quite busy. If you like it more peaceful, you should make your way to one of the others sandy beaches on the peninsula.
